SO glad you're not next door though - your Eucalyptus needs another 30 feet off it by my reckoning! :-) It would probably survive if you cut it to the ground. That way, if it's Eucalyptus gunii, you'd get the lovely round blue-green green leaves and pink stems which you could cut for flower arrangements.
